Grape seed oil
Cold pressed, from German grape seeds
“Green gold” - this is what the grape seed oil was also called. The first evidence of the use of the valuable seeds, which lie inconspicuously dormant inside the berry, dates back to the Middle Ages in Europe. Mildly fruity, pleasantly nutty and with a fine pomace note, the grape seed oil is a very special treasure. 40 kg of grape seeds, from 2,000 kg of grapes are needed for one liter of oil. WIBERG grape seed oil consists exclusively of German grape seeds and is gently produced using the cold pressing process. Thanks to its characteristic flavor, it harmonises perfectly with salads, raw food, grain and vegetable dishes as well as rabbit, game and game poultry specialities.
