Sunflower oil
Cold pressed, from roasted seeds
A drop of sun: Sunflower oil. The all-rounder of edible oils is the plant oil with the world’s fourth-highest production quantity. WIBERG sunflower oil is obtained from the peeled sunflower seeds using the cold-press process and is also given a light roasting note. Like safflower oil, it largely consists of unsaturated fatty acids. Sunflower oil can be used cold to finish off dishes, as well as for cooking and frying. It harmonises perfectly with vegetable & cereal dishes as well as Chianti wine vinegar.
